We honor all quotes in writing for 30 days. Verbal quotes are not accepted. If you don't have it in writing, request it.
Turnaround time is the time it takes to print a job, not ship. Shipping time is additional and we cannot be responsible for shipping company problems/errors. Production doesn't begin until payment is received.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. After an order has been sent to prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if production hasn't yet started by KrissArt Marketing Design for that order. In such cases, the customer will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for design if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by KrissArt Marketing Design for that order.
Changing Files Once Sent to Press
Once a job has been approved and "sent to press", no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. After an order has been sent to prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by KrissArt Marketing Design on that order. In such cases, the customer will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Complaints
All complaints must be registered within 5 business days of receiving the order. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error and defect. Defects discovered within 5 business days of receiving the order require notification and return of the product for verification. Please note that we do not refund for minor defects and allow up to 5% of the product to be defective. Minor defects discovered after 5 days or not reported properly might not be covered under the warranty.
Cancellation
Orders regularly entered, verbal or written cannot be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate KrissArt Marketing Design for time, labor materials through the date of cancellation.
Customer Responsibility / Approval Of Proofs
While KrissArt Marketing Design takes all care to avoid errors, KrissArt Marketing Design accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. It is the “Client” responsibility to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. The email verification of the Client’s representative shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artwork prior to their release for printing, implementation or installation. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by “The Client’s” proof reading.
Over Runs and Under Runs
Over runs or under runs not to exceed 10% on quantities ordered up to 10,000 copies and / or the percentage agreed over or under quantities ordered above 10,000 copies shall constitute acceptable delivery. Printer will bill for actual quantity delivered within this tolerance. If customer requires guaranteed "no less than" delivery, percentage tolerance of coverage must be doubled or above.
Material and Size Variations
You agree to variations in materials, including paper, ink, coating and shipping supplies as well as slight variations in finish size up to 0.125".
Color Reproduction
Color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing and order with KrissArt Marketing Design you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery. Under no circumstances will a reprint or refund be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. No two orders are the same. So we can not guarantee that the color will be the same. KrissArt Marketing Design holds to responsibility for color variations.
Copyrighted Materials
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize KrissArt Marketing Design to print Products on your behalf.
Third-Party Services & Content
KrissArt Marketing Design is not responsible for the functionality, performance, or future operation of any third-party services, including but not limited to QR codes, links, or digital content generated by external websites or services. Any third-party content provided to us for inclusion in products is the responsibility of the customer, and we make no guarantee regarding its functionality or longevity. KrissArt Marketing Design is only responsible for accurately printing the materials as provided by the client.
Indemnification
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend KrissArt Marketing Design and all parties from whom KrissArt Marketing Design has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
